This put my whole family at ease. The transport was smooth and our loved one felt very safe and cared for during the medical flight home.

First of all I don't post reviews, this is my first, but I really think that this could help you decide on Air Ambulance Worldwide and ultimately hook you up with a company that will absotlluely take care of you. My wife tested positive for covid while we were out of the country (US). As you can imagine it was a little scary at the time and we weren't quite sure what to do to get us home. We called a friend who recommended Air Ambulance and wow were we lucky she did. I can't stress enough how smooth and stress free the process went. After initially calling Air Ambulance and explaining our situation, they calmly and thoroughly exlpained what they would do for us. They covered everything and within an hour or so we had a complete itinerary for a flight the very next day! They handled everything including transpotation to the airport and navigated all of the related local laws, fees, etc. (we were in Columbia). Their timing was perfect. The transporation to the airport arrived right on time, the plane pulled up as we did and they handled immigration and then welcomed us aboard. I really felt like the calvary had arrived and knew we were in good hands. The flight was smooth and the crew were professional and very friendly / assuring. We love to travel and if we end up in another situation like this, we will call Air Ambulance Worldwide right away. Thank you to the Air Ambulance team!

My Mother and I were on a mini vacation in North Carolina last month when Mom had to be hospitalized. We chartered Air Ambulance Worldwide to get us home to Florida. The process was as efficient as could be and the crew sent to pick her up in Charlotte was the best in ensuring her comfort for the flight home. A stressful event became less stressful every minute from the time the crew arrived to take Mom from her hospital bed in Charlotte to leaving her with us at her rehabilitation bed in Naples. Keep up the great work folks and Kudos to our crew David, Christopher, Alane, and Dusty for keeping Mom safe and comfortable throughout our journey!

Air Ambulance provided me with peace of mind to get home to my family when I needed to get back to the US due to a medical emergency. Not only was the itinerary and timing spot on for transport, but the care, support and calm demeanor along the way, made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Air Ambulance team.

I recently was a companion for my mother and experienced the support of Air Ambulance Worldwide. Tony(doctor), and Kaylee(nurse)came to the hospital in Santo Domingo from the airport via ambulance to pick up my mother and I. They initially ensured that my mother and I were good and then proceeded to initiate transfer home to Canada. They rode in the Dominican ambulance with my mother and I to the airport. There I met the two pilots Derek and Jeffery, who were very supportive and ensured we were at ease and comfortable. We flew to Florida, where we switched the pilots to; John and Jason and the nurse to Amy. Lunch and drinks were brought on board and I had a chance to stretched out. I was immediately met by Lisa(assistant director of Medical Services)who made you feel like family. We proceeded to Canada, once landed we transferred to our local hospital accompanied by Tony and Amy. They admitted my mother and transferred her medical file to the hospital, and ensured that both her and myself were in a good state. They then said their good byes! Right from the start Tony, Kaylee and Amy where steadfast in their professionalism, compassion and efficiency. Not once did I or my mother have any fear or not feel supported. Words do not express the volume of gratitude and respect that I have for the team of pilots, doctor, nurses and the assistant director. I felt comforted and part of a family. As a case manager in a children’s hospital- air medical transport is requested often for our fragile population transporting them urgently for a higher level of care. Every experience over my many years have been exceptional. The team is very professional, compassionate and fully transparent. They take care of many of the more complicated details and have left me each time with a feeling a total security and safety for my patients. I really can’t say enough good things about this company that has helped navigate me and my families in the hospital through a very stressful crisis with nothing but professionalism and kindness through the whole process. Additionally after the patient has arrived, they also provide an update and conclusion adding resolution to the exhausting process. I highly recommend this company's services. I was impressed with the professional level of care and competency of all their personnel who came to pick up my friend at a hospital in Cancun, Mexico, while we were on vacation there. I was instantly reassured and comforted by their presence as they entered the hospital room with their take charge demeanor. The Nurse made sure she had all proper meds necessary to travel as well as all medical reports and x-rays to bring back to the US. They were very caring and attentive to the patient's needs, constantly checking her comfort and pain levels throughout the entire pick up process on land and air. Ambulance and transport plane had necessary equipment and medication for the patient. Once patient was attended to, they also made sure that I was comfortable. I was able to semi stretch out in the back seat next to a pile of blankets and sheets. I'm a small person so it worked out ok for me but for a bigger sized passenger, not so comfortable. But then I'm not the patient, so that didn't matter much to me. Flight was smooth and fast, we got to our destination in 3hrs as scheduled. Upon arrival at our destination, local ambulance was ready to receive us. Fortunately, customs officers were available to clear us through and we were en-route to the hospital within 20 minutes after landing. Receiving hospital was also ready for our arrival, not sure if that was this company's doing or coordination from our contact. All in all, from Mexico to home, it was a pleasant and drama free experience. Thank you Air Ambulance for such a comforting experience and taking such good care of my friend. They worked with family members to help with payment transaction details. Dena and Ben were fantastic, attentive and caring to the patient, what an awesome team. I hope not to have to use your services anytime soon but if I did, I know which company I would go to for help.

This company is very professional, friendly, and caring from the first contact all the way to the admitting facility in the US. Our family member received excellent care. They also assisted those of us waiting with regular updates on flight stops and the status of our loved one. The entire staff showed patience answering all of our questions and concerns. They instilled in us the confidence that our loved one would be back in the US well cared for. We thought getting an air ambulance would be difficult it was not because they made it easy. Our family would recommend them to anyone who needed this service. They made a complex crisis situation for our family manageable. There are not words to express the relief we felt when we met the ambulance at the hospital made possible by their hard work.

I never thought i would ever need this service, but am glad I found Air Ambulances Worldwide. The service my dad and mom recieved was over amazing. The customer service outstanding as well Ryan was with me from my first call, Until my dad was at his final destination. We used the service to fly my dad from Morelia, Mexico to Houston, Tx. The flight crew was amazing even with the different language situation.. thank you Air Ambulance Worldwide you will be ok my go to for any emergency. Blessing to your amazing staff and crew.
