Barry L. Banther is a professional speaker, Certified Management Consultant, and the CEO of his own management consulting firm. Barry utilizes his experience as a former corporate COO, college president, professor and trainer to help organizations and businesses “improve communication and performance through people.” He served an unprecedented four terms as the Chairman of the State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida. He resides in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Barry is a member of the National Speakers Association, Institute of Management Consultants, Florida Society for Health Care Education and Training, Central Florida Speakers Association and a member of the advisory committee of the State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities.

Mr. Boughton has been the CFO of a very successful manufacturing company for 26 years. He is a corporate officer of several local area companies with involvement in land development, mobile home park management and aircraft sales. Sid is actively involved in supporting numerous local community activities. He has been a resident of the Clearwater , Florida area for 30 years.
